At Naughty store, our focus is on FAST delivery! Your order will be sent by EXPRESS POST* with dispatch times usually within 24hrs. Due to the very expensive nature of express post, we are unable to offer discounted postage rates or free postage, however the speed of dispatch and delivery is worth every cent. We currently ship to Australia only.

• All products are packed in discreet bubble bags or boxes with no mention of the contents
• Your name and address will appear exactly as entered on the checkout page
• No company name or logo will be on the package
• The return address is listed as PO BOX

• Postage is charged at $12 per package
• We currently ship to Australia only
• Most orders are sent by Express Post

• Total shipping cost is a mixture of both postage (Australia Post charges) + handling (warehouse charges)

• We offer fast shipping instead of free shipping
• Large AutoBlow & Hismith products ship by standard post
• FAAK products ship from China via China post
• Same day dispatch is not guaranteed

WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS

• To increase our product offering, we ship from multiple warehouse locations
• Most items ship from our Melbourne distribution center
• Other specalist items ship direct from the supplier and will attract an additional postage fee
• FAAK products ship from China direct to you. All tracking is provided

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

• Most products are dispatched the same day they are ordered
• After this, we email you with the tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery online
• Depending on your state - delivery can be from 1 day to 7 business days
• We email you again when your order is delivered or waiting at the post office
• Western Australia & remote locations can take longer than this
• Orders shipping from China or US attract longer timelines as listed on these product pages
• Excludes weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next morning

 

 OUT OF STOCK / BACK ORDER ITEMS

• We hate out of stock items or back orders, so work hard to always keep stock in good supply
• Our website stock level is LIVE - meaning all items shown as "in stock" are 99.9% "in stock
• However, if we suddenly run out of stock, a member of our team will contact you via email to let you know.
• (This usually happens inbetween stock sync timings where 2 people order the same item at once. This happens rarely)
• You can chose to wait for the item to return to stock, or we will offer you store credit in the hope you can find a similar item from thousands we have in stock
• With over 20,000 products to keep track of, we do try as hard as we can to ensure all data is as current as possible, however in the case of data issues / errors, we will inform you as soon as possible of any logistics issues in the hope we can get your Naughty order filled in a timely manner

 

 RETURNS PROCESS

• If your item is faulty, it is only right that you should return it
• Under Australian consumer law we are happy to offer store credit, a replacement or full refund
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow returns for "change of mind"
